Knowledge of the legislative obligations in operating buildings and resolving operational problems is a multi-technical discipline that is often undervalued. The operating team must be able to act reactively, plan effectively and conscientiously manage all processes. All this while complying with local legislative obligations.

Together with a team of inspection technicians, we monitor the obligations of operators of various types of buildings and various types of equipment, which are becoming stricter over time. We also take into account the development of digitalisation of the construction industry in the Czech Republic.
