A quality indoor environment significantly contributes to the satisfaction of users, who spend up to 90% of their time inside buildings. The environmental parameters that we evaluate are for the purpose of determining harmfulness or assessing comfortable perception by the human body. The main guideline for such an evaluation has become the WELL Building Standard, in which I evaluate the areas of air, water, lighting, thermal comfort and acoustics.

From our experience, we have come to the conclusion that the declared values on paper do not reflect reality, therefore testing a combination of local conditions is the only guarantee of what it actually is.
