At CxCZ we have understood the needs and adapted our mindset for accessibility measures, ensuring that environments, services, or products accommodate the largest possible range of abilities and life situations.
We believe in inclusivity where accessibility means confirming that all potential users can independently perceive and understand intended products or services, navigate through spaces, and achieve their goals on an equal basis, without limitations.
People with disabilities are over 1.3 billion worldwide, which marks more than 15% of the total population.
We recognise eight target groups plus an additional one.
access4you certification markTM
Access4you’s certification mark is a comprehensive information system designed to bridge the gap between built environments and their users. For people with disabilities, it provides verified certainty and detailed information needed to navigate in the built environment with confidence and independence. For property owners and operators, the certification acts as unbiased verified assessment and strategic roadmap for improvement.
By evaluating properties at either the “Design” stage (construction plans audit) or the “Building” stage (on-site audit), the CxCZ’s accredited auditors provide in-depth assessments with a detailed evaluation report with approx. 1,000 criteria. This ensures full transparency and alignment across 8+1 specific target groups, turning accessibility into a measurable social goal for any organisation.
Any person with disabilities using the Access4you’s app or website should benefit from finding detailed information with photos showing accessibility features of the property, its surroundings, as well as means of public transportation, if available.
Having access4you’s certification mark™, building owners and organisations can publicly communicate their commitment to accessibility and ensure long-term high asset value. In addition, the acess4you certification mark™ has been aligned with other assessment systems such as GRESB, WELL, LEED or BREEAM.
